GFWC Return Policy
GFWC Marketplace items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final. If a GFWC membership staple (i.e., Presidents Pins, membership anniversary pins, ESO certificates and pins, branded folders) is out-of-stock, the item will be available to backorder and fulfilled as soon as Allegra receives inventory. Specialty items, limited-edition items, and items with old branding will not be reordered. For questions about the status of your order, please contact Allegra at marketplace@allegraromeoville.com.
GFWC Claims Policy
Missing packages: GFWC Marketplace customers will receive tracking information once your orders ship. You are responsible for tracking your own packages. If a package is declared missing, please notify GFWC@GFWC.org of the missing package, including the order number and tracking information in your email, within 60 days of the original order shipping date. Once this information is received, Allegra will file a claim with the shipper. If the missing package is delivered after the claim has been filed, the customer must return the received items to Allegra.
