Accessing the GFWC Marketplace

Most GFWC Marketplace orders must be placed through the GFWC Marketplace website, which is managed by Allegra, a third-party vendor.

All users will need to create a new account before using the GFWC Marketplace for the first time. Your Member Portal login credentials will not get you into the site. If you need help with your account, please email marketplace@allegraromeoville.com.

GFWC Marketplace Policies

GFWC Return Policy

GFWC Marketplace items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final. If a GFWC membership staple (i.e., Presidents Pins, membership anniversary pins, ESO certificates and pins, branded folders) is out-of-stock, the item will be available to backorder and fulfilled as soon as Allegra receives inventory. Specialty items, limited-edition items, and items with old branding will not be reordered. For questions about the status of your order, please contact Allegra at marketplace@allegraromeoville.com.

GFWC Claims Policy

Missing packages: GFWC Marketplace customers will receive tracking information once your orders ship. You are responsible for tracking your own packages. If a package is declared missing, please notify GFWC@GFWC.org of the missing package, including the order number and tracking information in your email, within 60 days of the original order shipping date. Once this information is received, Allegra will file a claim with the shipper. If the missing package is delivered after the claim has been filed, the customer must return the received items to Allegra. 


Gold & Jubilee Pins

If you have a member celebrating a 50-year or 75-year anniversary, please have the club president fill out the Gold & Jubilee Pin Order Form in the Digital Library and send it to either the GFWC email, GFWC@GFWC.org, or the Office & Membership Coordinator. If you prefer to send a hard copy, you can send it to GFWC Headquarters.

All other anniversary pins (i.e., 15, 20, 45, or 55-year) are available for purchase on the GFWC Marketplace. 

“Educate, Engage & Empower” Recruitment Campaign

Recruiting and welcoming new members is an ongoing process that requires the focus and commitment of everyone. The most important aspect of recruitment is the determination to succeed. Without dedication and follow through, no recruitment campaign will be as successful as it could be. The process must have the full support of every club member and be viewed as a shared responsibility.

During this administration, we encourage you to build membership and submit the number of NEW members joining your club quarterly. See the Club Manual for more information. If any of your members have recruited 5 or more new members, please complete the Star Pin Order Form in the Digital Library and send it to either the GFWC email, GFWC@GFWC.org, or the Office & Membership Coordinator. If you prefer to send a hard copy, you can send it to GFWC Headquarters.
